Why A2X
A Delivery Model Built for Mission-Critical Power
A2X aligns project development, equipment integration, capital structure, delivery partners, and long-term operations around one objective: making dependable behind-the-meter capacity available when the customer's load is ready.
Why A2X
Load-Led Development
The project begins with the customer's capacity, schedule, duty cycle, and reliability requirements.
Modular Power Blocks
Standardized natural-gas generation blocks support phased deployment and future capacity additions.
Redundancy by Design
Reference architecture is designed around block-level N+2 and plant-level N+1 redundancy, subject to final engineering.
Partner-Led Delivery
Engineering, construction, installation, and commissioning are performed through appropriately licensed contractor and EPC partners where required.
Long-Term Operating Alignment
Service responsibilities and project-specific availability commitments are defined through long-term agreements.
From Development Through Operations
A2X can structure the project, coordinate technical development, arrange equipment and capital, own the energy asset, and manage long-term operations. This model gives the customer a clear commercial and operating framework while specialized licensed partners perform regulated engineering, construction, and installation work where required.
Capacity That Can Follow the Campus
The modular architecture can be deployed in stages as the customer's load grows. Final phasing depends on equipment availability, site readiness, fuel infrastructure, permits, financing, and the executed customer agreement.
A Practical Emissions Strategy
A2X evaluates low-NOx equipment, SCR, and other project-specific controls early in development. Battery storage and behind-the-meter solar can be added when they improve system performance, site economics, or emissions outcomes. Comparisons with diesel or utility power must be supported by project-specific engineering and operating assumptions.
Specialists Matched to the Project
A2X works with equipment manufacturers, engineering firms, licensed contractors, EPC partners, capital providers, fuel and utility stakeholders, and operations providers. Partner selection is based on the project’s location, scope, schedule, and technical requirements.
Core Principles
Integrity
We communicate capabilities, risks, and project conditions accurately.
Accountability
We define responsibilities clearly and manage the commitments assigned to us.
Collaboration
We coordinate customers and qualified partners around one project plan.
Execution
We focus on the decisions, approvals, equipment, and partners required to move a qualified project forward.
Safety
We require safety to be integrated into design, delivery, and operations.
Evaluate the Power Requirement
Share the project location, target capacity, load ramp, required service date, and reliability objectives. A2X will evaluate technical and commercial fit.
